1200 G Onions
1 Carrot
1 Rib Celery
70 G Raisins
70 G Pine Nuts
Extra-virgin Olive Oil
750 Cl Wine Vinegar
Laurel

Method

Cook the liver by putting it in cold water with 1 onion, carrot, celery, bay leaves.
