20 Cl Cream
200 G Gorgonzola Cheese
1 Tablespoon Mustard
1 Cup Cognac (or Brandy Dry)

Method
In a bowl, mix 100 g of butter, cream, blue cheese and a tablespoon of mustard.Mix well and good salt if necessary (depending on the gorgonzola).
