1 Bunch Fresh Oregano
2 Anchovies
1 / 2 Cup Dry White Wine
1 / 2 Lemon (juice)
2 Tablespoons Capers
1 Clove Garlic
Broth 1 Tablespoon Granulated Special Knorr
Extra-virgin Olive Oil

Method

In a pan heat oil, garlic and oregano, add the pork and fry over high heat, add wine, lemon juice, anchovies and capers well rinsed salt and sprinkle the fillet with a tablespoon of granulated special broth Knorr, cook over low heat for 20 minutes, make sure the sauce is well thickened.
