Ingredients

200 G Ground Pork
250 G Flour
1 Leek
1 Small Onion
20 G Yeast
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
Sugar
Sesame Oil
1 Pinch Salt

Method

Add the flour, baking powder and one tablespoon of sugar and a glass of hot water.
Knead the dough and let rest for about two hours to warm it rise.
In a bowl mix the pork, leek and onion chopped, two tablespoons of sugar, a tablespoon of soy sauce, a teaspoon of sesame oil and a pinch of salt.
Marinate for an hour, then fry in the oil and let cool.
Take back to work the dough, formed into a sausage and cut 8 discs of about 3 cm thick.
Step on each disc with a spoon and fill it with stuffing.
Brushstrokes of oil every muffin, sprinkle with sesame seeds and steam cook for 25 minutes.
Serve hot.
