Method

Bake in 40 g butter, 500 g of pork loin, cut into cubes.
Drain and into the cooking liquid to add another 20 g of butter, 3 tablespoons of brown where the chopped shallots.
Beat together 2 cups flour, 6 eggs, a cup of milk, 20 g of salt and melted butter until you obtain a batter.
