20 Cl Olive Oil
1 Onion
4 Tomatoes
2 Green Peppers
1 Pinch Saffron
1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley
1 Teaspoon Pepper
30 Cl White Wine
2 Tablespoons Cognac

Method

Dip the lobster for 8 minutes in boiling water.
