Ingredients

1000 G Pork Loin
1 Hot Pepper
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Tablespoon Rosemary
4 Sage Leaves
1 Bunch Parsley
1 Branch Thyme
1 Glass White Wine
20 Cl Broth
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Chopped Parsley
1 Pinch Salt
Ground Pepper 1

Method

Tie the meat so that it remains compact.
Chop the parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme, season with a pinch of salt, ground pepper and mix together.
Rub the meat with this mixture.
Heat the oil in a thick-bottomed saucepan, combine the garlic and crumbled chili cleansed.
